Have These Detail-Oriented Services Been Overlooked in Your Children's Play Center?

Under the influence of market development and the increasingly demanding needs of consumers, the operational, managerial, and administrative models of children's play centers have become more refined and synchronized. As a result, the distinguishing features that set one play center apart from another are dwindling. In the future, the most significant differentiator among play centers may very well be attention to detail in service. Have these detail-oriented services been overlooked in your play center?

Service Guidelines for Children's Play Centers

1. Smile and say "Welcome!" as soon as you see a customer.

2. Hand cards to customers with both hands and say "Thank you."

3. Patiently help children wash their hands and put on wristbands, and guide customers to neatly place their shoes.

4. If you notice any customer holding a phone or valuable items, remind them to take care of their belongings to avoid loss.

5. If you see a child with a runny nose, promptly offer tissues. If the parent is not around, staff should proactively help the child wipe their nose to avoid leaving a negative impression on other parents and to prevent the child from wiping their nose on equipment or surfaces.

6. If a child is crying, rush to comfort them immediately to prevent parents or other customers from forming a negative impression of the play center's service attitude.

Hygiene Guidelines

1. Promptly pick up any shoes left on the floor.

2. Shoes worn by staff must be placed back in the shoe cabinet.

3. Keep the floor outside the front desk clean at all times. If it gets dirty, mop it immediately and ensure chairs are properly arranged.

4. Before closing at night, tidy up the front desk, wipe the shoe cabinet clean, collect all balls (except small ones) and return them to the ball pool, and hang up the towels.

5. Clean the front desk around noon and again around 6 p.m.

6. Staff who clean the equipment during their shift must sign their names in the disinfection logbook.

Safety Guidelines

1. If a parent cannot find their shoes, assist them in searching immediately. If the shoes are confirmed lost, apologize to the parent, explain that the play center is not responsible for storing or supervising any belongings, and ask for their understanding. If a child has no shoes to wear, they may temporarily borrow small slippers from the play center.

2. If children are fighting or grabbing toys, staff must intervene immediately. If parents start arguing or fighting, staff should promptly comfort or separate them.

3. If a child's clothes or pants get wet, help them dry off with a hairdryer as soon as possible.

4. If a child is riding a bicycle too fast, remind them promptly to prevent accidents.

Other Guidelines

1. Staff should squat down and smile while helping every child disinfect their hands upon entry, as hands carry many invisible bacteria. Disinfecting hands upon entry helps prevent diseases like hand, foot, and mouth disease. After washing, use a wet wipe to dry the child's hands.

2. All children entering the play area must have their temperature checked. If a child is found to have a fever or severe cold, politely prevent them from entering and explain gently and kindly.

3. After helping a child wash their hands, always check if the parent is wearing socks. If a parent is not wearing socks, kindly remind them.
